What's in the dataset
Congressional Bills
Published information for each analyzed bill, including its title, bill number, date, and the recorded Yea-or-Nay votes of our two reference legislators.
Model Responses
For each model-bill pair: the model's vote, its available explanation, the matching reference legislator, and the recorded timestamp.
Aggregate Scores
Per-model agreement rates, agreement bands, and summary statistics calculated from the published responses.

How to access
Browse on This Site
Browse the data directly on this site. The Political Index provides the aggregate view, while individual model pages show each recorded vote and explanation.
Model Detail Pages
Each model has a dedicated page showing its full voting record, justifications for every bill, and alignment breakdown. Access these from the Political Index table.
Citation & Usage
When referencing these results, please attribute GPT at the Polls and link to the relevant model, bill, or methodology page.
04 — Quality
Data integrity
Bill records include links to source material. Model responses retain timestamps and model identifiers so readers can inspect the inputs to each score.
Model outputs and provider implementations can change. Each result is therefore a record of a particular run, not a permanent property of the model.
